Live production AI applications across six business areas for European enterprise clients.
Most leaders cannot answer that. It is not their job to know. It is mine.
Maybe your order system does not talk to your invoicing, so people retype what the computer already knows. Maybe customer data lives in three places in three formats, and nobody fully trusts any of them. Maybe you tried ChatGPT and got generic answers that changed nothing.
The cost is always the same: time, capacity, and money leaking out of operations that run on manual work.
The first step is not a build. It is clarity.
In two weeks, I map where AI actually pays off in your business: which processes to automate, what each one costs you today, and in which order to move.
You get a prioritized AI roadmap with clear costs. Every next step has a clear scope and ROI before you invest in anything. You will see the most promising solution as a working demo, not a slide.
Focused on one department or across your whole operation. We scope it together on the first call.
And one principle above everything: the numbers are yours, not mine. The roadmap is built from your workflows, your data, and your people's real working day, not from a generic AI checklist.
I do not sell slide decks. I build systems that run in production for European enterprise clients:
order processing·quality records and traceability·recruitment screening·internal knowledge systems·operations coordination in the field·AI infrastructure
Six business areas. Live, in daily use. And my own company runs on an AI operating system I built myself.
My path here was not typical. I spent 20 years running business operations first: FMCG manufacturing, export to international distributors, building and directing companies. I know what Monday morning looks like when the orders are late and a key person just quit.
Today I build and operate production AI applications for European enterprise clients, I run my own company on an AI operating system I built myself, and I contribute to EU AI standards work. I work in four languages: English, Spanish, Czech and Slovak.
What that means for you: when we look at your business, I am not guessing. I have built these systems, run them in production, and lived the problems they solve.

Book a discovery call. 30 minutes, no obligation. The first step of the AI Assessment: we talk about your biggest operational pain and put first numbers on it.
I find where AI pays off. I talk to you and your people, map your workflows, and turn the friction into figures.
You decide with the roadmap in hand. A prioritized plan with clear costs. The most promising solution comes as a working demo you can try, so you decide on something you have seen, not imagined. Build with me, build with someone else, or wait. The clarity is yours either way.
“As CEO of two companies, I needed to save time on routine, repetitive tasks—but had no one to delegate them to. Eva helped me automate many of these tasks and introduced several AI tools that I now use daily. Huge progress in just a few consulting sessions.”— Andrew B., CEO
“I'm a businessman and had never touched AI before. Eva introduced me to this incredible opportunity, explained it in a way I could easily understand, and transformed my daily routine into a high-speed workflow.”— Roberto S., Business Owner
From Eva
My proudest project this year was not an app. It was a person. In April I assessed an IT specialist for an enterprise client: strong on hardware, new to the modern AI stack. I built him a twelve-week roadmap: weekly check-ins, hands-on labs, then a three-hour exam and a live disaster-recovery drill. He recovered a killed service, a corrupted database, an expired certificate, and a full disk, all within his target times. This is what AI implementation means to me: not tools handed over, but people who can run the system after I leave the room.— Eva
